This case uses a fitting with an outer diameter of Φ1000mm, which is a very large size that is not frequently seen as an example. Two pieces of 6mm thick fittings are fixed by welding to sandwich a 12mm thick fitting. 当社にて、内巻リングブラシの製作を行った事例をご紹介いたします。 写真のピンク色の箇所に材料が入り、ブラシの毛先がしっかり当たるように チャンネル内巻リングブラシで内径を調整。また材料の厚みをカバーする為に 内巻リングブラシを2連に重ねて取付けを行っています。 それともう一つ行っているカバーが毛材です。使用している毛材は、 PP(ポリプロピレン)φ0.5の波付というものになります。 当社は特注工業用ブラシを短納期・1個ロットから製造販売しています。 【事例概要】 ■ブラシの毛先がしっかり当たるように内径を調整 ■全て毛材で埋め尽くす内径「0」にすることも可能 ■材料の厚みをカバーする為に内巻リングブラシを2連に重ねて取付け ■使用している毛材は、PP(ポリプロピレン)φ0.5の波付 ※詳しくはPDFをダウンロードしていただくか、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
